To our home in Osek
From the city of Nova Gorica
If you will arrive from the city of Nova Gorica, you should take the main road (not highway) to Ajdovscina. A few kilometres from Nova Gorica there is a small
village called Sempas. This village is approximately 2 kilometres away from our home. A few hundred metres after passing the village Sempas, you will see on your right
a small inn called Olga, and only a few metres on you will see a small bus stop. A hundred metres after the bus stop you will see a brown roadsign with inscription
"Kmetija IPAVEC", which means "the Ipavec farm". After the road sign there is a small crossing where you turn left. Now, the first house on your right is our home.
From the town of Ajdovščina
If you will arrive from the town of Ajdovscina, you should at first take the highway to Nova Gorica. You must exit the highway at the exit Selo, which is a small village about 5 kilomtres
from our home. After you exit the highway you will arrive at a crossing with the main road to Nova Gorica. You turn left at the crossing and you drive straight ahead. First
you will pass a small village called Crnice that is around 3 kilometres from our home. After the village Crnice, you will drive in long turns until you see a brown roadsign with inscription
"Kmetija IPAVEC", which means "the Ipavec farm". After the road sign there is a small crossing where you turn right. Now, the first house on your right is our home.
To our wine shop in Dob near the town of Domžale
From the town of Domžale
(from the highway Ljubljana - Maribor)
It is in fact very easy to access our wine shop in the Dob village. If you arrive from the town of Domzale or from the highway Ljubljana - Maribor,
you should drive along the main road to the Trojane and Maribor. Once you are out of the town of Domzale you will soon arrive in the Dob village (you will see a yellow sign with inscription 'Dob').
After a few hundred metres you will notice another yellow sign with inscription 'Jamarski dom', which means something like 'Cavers' Headquarters'. At this road sign you must turn right and then drive
straight ahead to the first, small crossing that is approximately one hundred metres from the main road. At this crossing you must turn left and follow major road that will turn right after around 50 metres. Just round the turn you will see our wine shop
on your right.
From the Trojane village
(from Maribor)
It is in fact very easy to access our wine shop in the Dob village. If you arrive from the village of Trojane you should simply follow the main road to
Domzale and Ljubljana. Once you arrive in the Dob village (you will see a yellow sign with inscription 'Dob') you should still follow the main road. After a few hundred metres you will
see on your left side a yellow sign with inscription 'Jamarski dom', which means something like 'Cavers' Headquarters'.
At this road sign you must turn left and then drive straight ahead to the first, smaller crossing that is approximately one hundred metres from the main road.
At this crossing you must turn left and follow major road that will turn right after around 50 metres. Just round the turn you will see our wine shop
on your right.
